摘　　要：目的评价玻璃体切除术治疗开放性眼外伤无光感眼的临床效果。方法开放性眼外伤无光感者24例（24眼），于1期缝合术后14d行玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充。术后随访6～12个月。结果本组24例中19例视网膜解剖复位，其中3例视力手动，4例光感。结论玻璃体切除术治疗开放性眼外伤无光感眼的临床效果显著，部分患者能恢复一定的视力。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vitreetomy for open eye injury with no light perception. Methods Twenty-four eyes of 24 eases with open eye traumatic with no light perception were collected. They underwent vitreetomy eombind with silicone oil tamponade on 14 d after primary suture. All patients were followed up for 6-12 months. Results The retinal reattaehment was in 19 eases, of which the vision was light perception in 4 eases, hand movement in 3 eases. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of vitrectomy in the treatment of open eye injury with no light perception is significant, it can improve patient＇ s vision.
