摘　　要：本文关注网络参与者的租金问题,从动态视角下的"资源""能力"要素剖析价值生态理念下的租金创造和租金分配实现机理。企业VRIO资源是私有租金和共有租金事前分配谈判的重要资源基础;作为企业获取持续租金的驱动力,创新能力是改变企业VRIO资源位和事后租金分配的重要力量;资源和能力的最终目标是转化为市场势力,具备市场垄断能力的企业拥有谈判议价权并能够攫取超额垄断利润。The theoretical opinion that the network cooperation between enterprises can increase com- petitive edges and create rent is supported by more and more evidence while it lacks in-depth discussion how enterprises achieve the goal of making network profits and occupying more network rent, which will af- fect enterprises＇ motive for maintaining the network. The article focuses on the rent of network participants, analyzing the mechanism for rent creation and rent allocation in the conception of value ecology based on such elements as ＂resource＂ and ＂ability＂ from a dynamic perspective. Enterprises＇ VRIO resources is a critical resource basis for the negotiation on the prior allocation of private and public rent; innovative ability is a significant force to change the rent allocation afterwards; resource and ability is ultimately oriented to be- ing transformed to market power. Finally, enterprises with market monopoly power have the bargaining power in the negotiation and grab super monopoly profits
