摘  要:UNESCO发布"媒介与信息素养五定律",旨在将信息素养与媒介素养融合内化为人类在21世纪工作、生活所必备的知识、技能及态度。媒介与信息素养五定律源于图书馆学五定律,体现了信息义务、信息权利、信息价值和信息技能的四位一体,着力促进批判性公民参与及可持续发展,并强调媒介与信息素养培养的可持续性,对图书馆服务及未来发展有着深刻的启迪意义。UNESCO released the "Five Laws of Media and Information Literacy" so as to synthesize information literacy and media literacy, and immerse them intO people's work and life in the 21st century as quintessential knowledge, skill and attitude. The "Five Laws of Media and Information Literacy" emerges out of the "Five Laws of Library Science", and reflects a quadripartite structure composed of information obligation, information rights, information value, and information skill. It aims to promote citizens' critical engagement and sustainable development, and accentuates the sustainability of the cultivation of media and information literacy. It has profound meaning in library services' future development.
