摘　　要：从比较管理的视角,通过对不同管理情境下国内外生物制药产业间技术创新管理模式的显著差异及其影响因素与形成机理进行比较,揭示不同国家或地区生物制药产业技术创新管理模式的基本特征、生成与演进机理,分析中国与美、日发达国家生物制药产业技术创新管理模式的具体差异,以期为我国生物制药产业在全球竞争中形成具有自身特色的技术创新管理模式与产业链、提高产业技术创新能力奠定一定理论基础,提供管理思路和对策。By the use of literature analysis, comparative study and case study, this paper researched the different models of technological innovation management of domestic and foreign bio-pharmaceutical industry, and systematically analyzed disparities and shortages of technological innovation management of.bio-pharmaceutical industry between China and the developed countries including the United States and Japan. At the same time, we explored the influence factors and operation mechanism which cause the disparities and shortages. From the perspective of comparative management, we compared significant differences, the operation mechanism and influencing factors which are related with the different models of technology innovation management of the bio-pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad in the different management context, to reveal the essential features, formation mechanism and evolution mechanism of the different models of technology innovation management of bio-pharmaceutical industry in the different countries or regions. Based on the comparative study, we analyzed the specific disparities of the levels of technology innovation management of bio-pharmaceutical industry between China and developed countries, so as to provide a theoretical and practical foundation, and management ideas and countermeasures for the bio-pharmaceutical industries from different regions in China, form the technological innovation management models with its own characteristics and improve industrial technology innovation capabilities in the global competition environment.
