摘　　要：近年来,产品质量安全事件屡屡发生,逐渐成为政府、消费者关注的焦点。本文通过介绍产品质量信用和企业质量信用相关概念,从主体和研究的内容、信息处理、微观与宏观以及构成要素等角度分析了产品质量信用和企业质量信用的特点,为政府部门建立质量信用监管体系,实现事中、事后监管提供借鉴,为消费者依据质量信用的好坏选购产品提供参考。In recent years, product quality and safety incidents have occurred frequently, and gradually become the focus of attention of the government and consumers. This paper introduces the related concepts of product quality credit and enterprise quality credit, analyses the characteristics of the characteristics between them from the points of the subject and content of the study, information processing, micro and macro elements, in order to provide reference for the government to establish quality credit supervision system which achieve the supervision in process and afterwards, and provide guidance for consumers to buy the product on the basis of quality credit.
