摘  要:聚氨酯固化道床是一种弹性整体道床结构,既有有砟道床良好的弹性,又有无砟轨道整体性强、稳定性好和少维修的特点。介绍道床固化技术的发展历程及我国聚氨酯固化道床技术和关键技术,阐述聚氨酯固化道床的技术优势,现场实践证明聚氨酯固化道床技术的应用对于环境保护、资源节约和工务维修具有重要意义。聚氨酯固化道床技术在我国虽已具备推广应用的条件,但在明确应用范围的同时,应进行工艺和施工装备的深化研究,进一步降低小段落铺设聚氨酯固化道床的施工成本,提高工效。As an elastic monolithic structure, polyurethane cured railway bed provides the advantages of ballast bed–good elasticity–and that of ballastless bed–structural integration, stability and less frequent requirements for maintenance. The paper outlines the development of the curing technology and points out the key techniques for polyurethane curing. On this basis, it looks into the technical advantages of the polyurethane cured railway bed and verifies on site the significance of such technologies in regard to environmental protection, resource saving and track maintenance. The technique is now ripe for industrial application nationwide, however as the scope for such application has been clarifies, it is necessary to have further study on the technique and equipment applied, so as to cut the construction cost of bed lay-out by small section and improve working efficiency.
