蒙华铁路对鄂湘赣地区煤炭运输通道的影响

摘　　要：介绍蒙华铁路的基本情况和重要战略地位,根据鄂湘赣地区历年的煤炭供需情况,预测2020年鄂湘赣的煤炭缺口将稳定在2亿t左右。从铁路、水路和公路3方面,分析当前鄂湘赣地区煤炭调运的主要方式和运输路径。通过将蒙华铁路与既有国铁煤炭运输路径和"海进江"煤炭运输通道进行对比研究,分析蒙华铁路开通对鄂湘赣地区煤炭调运的影响。结果表明,与既有国铁和"海进江"煤炭运输通道相比,蒙华铁路的优势运价分别为0.220 0~0.270 0元/(t·km)和0.210 0~0.240 0元/(t·km),蒙华铁路的开通能有效缓解鄂湘赣地区煤炭供应的紧张局面。This paper introduces the basic situation and important strategic position of Haolebaoji-Ji’an railway. According to the situation of coal supply and demand in Hubei, Hunan, and Jiangxi Provinces over the years, it is predicted that the coal gap of Hubei, Hunan, and Jiangxi will stabilize at about 200 million tons in 2020. From the aspects of railway, waterway and highway, the main mode and route of coal transportation in Hubei, Hunan, and Jiangxi are analyzed. This paper analyzes the infl uence of Haolebaoji-Ji’an railway on the coal transportation in Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi Provinces by comparing the Haolebaoji-Ji’an railway with the existing national coal transportation railways and the ＂sea port to river port＂ coal channel. The results show that the advantage rate range of Haolebaoji-Ji’an railway is from 0.220 0 to 0.270 0 Yuan/（t·km） and from 0.210 0 to 0.240 0 Yuan/（t·km）. The opening of the Haolebaoji-Ji’an railway can effectively alleviate the tension of coal supply in Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi Provinces.
