摘  要:利用响应面法优化纤维素酶提取猫爪草多糖的工艺,在单因素试验基础上,以猫爪草多糖得率为考察指标,釆用三因素三水平响应面法对酶用量、p H、酶解温度三个因素进行优化.最优工艺为:酶用量0.57%、p H4.9、酶解温度49.3℃、酶解时间120 min、料液比1:20,猫爪草多糖实际得率为5.86%.To optimize the cellulase extraction process for Radix Ranunculi Ternati polysaccharide by Response surface methodology(RSM).With the extraction rate of polysaccharide as the index,RSM with three factors and three levels was used to optimize the extraction process based on the results of single factor tests. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the amount of cellulase was 0.57%,hydrolysis temperature was 49.3 ℃,solvent to solid ratio was 1:20,the extraction time was 120 min under p H 4.9,the polysaccharide yield was 5.86%.
