摘 要:为了解决目前铁路货车焊缝疲劳数据管理效率低,难以满足产品快速抗疲劳设计需求的问题,研究并开发了集三维可视化模型,焊缝疲劳计算,虚拟疲劳、试验测试的焊缝疲劳评估数据管理于一体的三维可视化系统.为了实现该系统,提出了基于场景图的CAD/CAE可视化模型装配树;研究并嵌套了试验测试等效应力幅焊缝疲劳评估算法;提出了基于面向焊缝对象的可视化方法、MVC模式数据映射技术,建立了主S-N曲线法、IIW名义应力法、等效应力幅法焊缝疲劳评估数据与焊缝模型的双向映射.最后以C70E车体焊缝疲劳设计作为实例,证明了该软件系统的有效性及实用性.In order to solve the problem that the current efficiency of fatigue data management of wagon welded joints is too slow to meet the demand of rapid fatigue design, a 3D visualization system which integrates the virtual model, the fatigue calculation method for weld joints and weld joints fatigue assessment data from virtu- al and real fatigue test is studied and developed. For the system, an assembly tree structure based on Scene Graph for a CAD/CAE visual model, a weld joint-object-oriented visualization method and a data mutual-map- ping technique based on MVC model are proposed. In addition, the equivalent stress amplitude calculation algorithm was integrated to the system and the weld joints fatigue data of master S-N curve method. The IIW nominal stress method and the equivalent stress amplitude method is mapping to the weld joints model with the methods above. Finally, a welded joints fatigue design of the C70E wagon car body is taken as an example was used to prove the validity and usefulness of the software system.
