一种中草药成分皮肤抑菌剂抑菌性能研究

摘　　要：目的观察一种含多种中草药成分皮肤抑菌剂的抑菌性能。方法采用抑菌性能试验、稳定性试验、现场试验和皮肤刺激试验进行观察。结果该抑菌剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌的抑菌率均在98.00%以上;于54℃条件下放置14 d,对以上3种菌的抑菌率均达100%;用该抑菌剂原液进行手抑菌现场试验,对皮肤表面自然菌的除菌率达98.84%;皮肤刺激反应平均积分值为1.67。结论该皮肤抑菌剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌均具有良好的抑菌效果。Objective Study on the bacteriostatic capability of cutaneous bacteriostatic agent with several compositions of Chinese herbs. Methods Bacteriostasis property test,stability test,field trial for hand bacteriostatic and skin stimulation test were used. Results The bacteriostatic rates of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed were all above 98. 00%. The bacteriostatic rates increased to 100% for the three bacteria after storing at 54 ℃ for 14 d.Field trial for hand bacteriostatic were tested with its stock solution,and the rate of natural bacteria removal was 98. 84%.The reaction average of skin irritation score was 1. 67. Conclusion This cutaneous bacteriostatic agent has good bacteriostasis property on vegetative form of bacteria and fungi.
