摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮中添喂不同水平乳酸菌(Lactobacillus,LAB)对蛋鸡产蛋后期营养物质消化代谢的影响。试验选取体重相近、健康状况良好的60周龄京红蛋鸡40只,随机分为4组,每组10只。试验期为21 d,其中饲料转换期7 d,预饲期7 d,正试期7 d。对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组在饲喂相同饲粮的条件下分别添喂0、50、100、150 mg/kg乳酸菌。结果表明:(1)在蛋鸡产蛋后期的日粮中添喂不同水平乳酸菌,均能显著或极显著地提高蛋鸡对日粮中干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪的消化量与消化率。(2)与对照组相比,各试验组均提高了蛋鸡在产蛋后期代谢能的表观消化率,改善了钙、磷的保留率。综合考虑,在本试验条件下,蛋鸡产蛋后期的日粮中添喂乳酸菌可以改善蛋鸡的消化代谢性能,提高饲料的转化率,建议饲喂量为150 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus supplementation in laying hens diets on nutrient digestion and metabolism at late laying stage.A total of 40, 60-weeks- old, healthy Jing red laying hens were randomly assigned to 4 experimental treatments with 10 layers. The total duration of the experiment was 21 days, the first 7 days of experiment was transition period, the second 7 days of experiment was preliminary period and the formal experiment was 7 days. 4 experimental treatments were fed the same basal diet with 0, 50, 100, 150 mg/kg Lactobacillus. Test results showed that: ①The digestibility(amount) of dry matter(DM), organic matter(OM), crude protein (CP), crude fat(EE) in diets with 50, 100, 150 mg/kg Lactobacillus have been significantly or extremely significantly improved at late laying stage; ②Compared with control group, the apparent digestibility of metabolize energy(ME), Ca, P of group Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ also have been improved at late laying stage.In conclusion, Lactobacillus can significantly improve the nutrient digestion and metabolism in diet of layers at late laying stage, and improve the feed conversion rate.It suggested that diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg Lactobacillus was best.
