过敏煎加味治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察过敏煎加味治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究、阳性药物对照、随机数余数分组法将64例门诊确诊为过敏性结膜炎的患者分为治疗组31例(62眼)和对照组33例(66眼)。治疗组口服过敏煎加味治疗,联合使用富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液,对照组单纯采用富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液点眼,疗程均为1个月。观测两组治疗前后症状及体征指标的变化并进行疗效评分。结果 (1)两组过敏性结膜炎症状体征比较:2组治疗后眼痒症状评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05);结膜充血体征比较,2组治疗后体征评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)疗效比较:治疗组总有效率87.10%,对照组总有效率63.64%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.927,P=0.023),治疗组在改善过敏性结膜炎患者的症状及体征方面较对照组更优。结论过敏煎加味联合富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效优于单纯使用富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液。OBJECTIVE To observe clinical effects of the modified Guomin decoction on allergic conjunc-tivitis. METHODS It was a prospective study and 64 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into control group of 33 cases（66 eyes） and treatment group of 31 cases（62 eyes） by random number table. The control group was treated with emadine（emedastinedifumarate） eye drops. The treatment group was administrated with modified Guomin decoction and emadine eye drops. The whole course of treatment lasted 1 month. Improvements of symptoms and signs after treatment in two groups were observed and the therapeutic effect was evaluated accordingly. RESULTS（1）Comparison of symptoms and signs of allergic conjunctivitis in two groups：After treatment, the scores of itchy symptoms were decreased in both groups（P〈0.05）,and treatment group decreased more significantly（P〈0.05）;Comparison of conjunctival hyperemia,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（2） The total effective rate of control group was 63.64% while it of treatment group was 87.10%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the symptoms and signs of patients with allergic conjunctivitis in treatment group were improved more significantly. CONCLUSIONS The modified Guomin decoction combined with emadine had better effect than emidine alone on allergic conjunctivitis.
