摘  要:高校辅导员招聘是辅导员队伍建设的第一道关口,其中,任职资格要求是辅导员招聘的关键。运用文本分析法对三地区五类型十五所高校辅导员招聘启事进行分析发现:各类高校在辅导员任职资格要求上都重视思想政治素质、教育水平、学生工作经验和管理能力、年轻化等维度,但不同类型院校之间存在一定差异。当前各类高校辅导员任职资格要求既有共性也有差异,各有优缺点,与辅导员岗位胜任能力要求有一定差距。因此,完善高校辅导员任职资格标准和加强高校辅导员职前培养力度是提高高校辅导员任职能力的重要举措。The recruitment of college instructors is an important part in the counselors' professional construction. In particular, the qualification requirement is the key to the recruitment. Using the method of text analysis, this paper analyzes the recruitment notica of fifteen tntiversities. The conclusions are that all kinds of colleges are attached to the ideological and political quality, higher edueation, student work experience and management skills, and youth. On the other hand, there are some differences in the qualification requirement of the counselors between five different types of colleges. At present, all kinds of college counselors' qualification requirement have both common and different characteristics, but it still has a lot of problems. Therefore, we should improve the qualifications and the trainiq of counselors to perfect the ability of counselors.
