摘　　要：近两年,中国电影票房增速放缓,产业短板问题日益凸显,电影界亟待加强有效优质供给,向深化供给侧结构性改革聚力。其中,"工匠精神"与"电影创意"的有机结合,将以柔性力量激活中国电影的独特战略性资源,聚焦质量提升与创新驱动,增强核心竞争力,带动电影创意经济,成为质量时代中国电影转型升级的新引擎。Box office takes for Chinese film industry remained stagnant in last two years, and the structural problem and defect have been revealed. It＇s urgent for film industry to deepen the Innovation of the Supply Front, combine the ＂cinematic creativity＂ and ＂ craftsman＇s spirit＂ to release cultural productivity and improve core competence. Those two will be the new energy for the development as well as for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese film industry, thus help bring the fast-growing market into a golden era of creation.
