摘  要:作为我国社会经济发展的重要组成部分,高等教育是社会生产力提升、高端人才培养、科研项目创新的动力和源泉,随着供给侧结构性改革的全面推进,高等教育也进入新的改革阶段。在认识供给侧改革内涵、了解高校人才培养过程中供需关系与供需特点的基础上,可以从供需匹配的层面对当前高校人才培养中存在的矛盾进行分析,同时也可以从供给侧改革的思路和理论中得到促进高校人才培养的重要启示,即构建以关注学生成长特点、尊重学生个性化需求,注重社会发展规律的,具有学生成长发展综合信息化平台、个性化活动平台、专业化工作团队的学生成长发展指导体系。As an important part of China’s social and economic development,higher education is the power source of the social productivity,high-end talent cultivation,and innovation of research project,with the comprehensive promotion of the supply side reform,higher education has entered a new stage of reform. In the understanding of the supply side reform connotation,understanding of the relationship and the characteristics between supply and demand of talents in colleges and universities,we can analyze the contradictions existing in the current college personnel training from the level of supply and demand match,but also from the supply side reform ideas and theory to have important enlightenment,which can promote personnel training in colleges and universities: focus on students’ growth characteristics and respect for students’ individual needs,pay attention to the laws of social development,with the growth and development of students comprehensive information platform,personalized mobile platform,professional team of student development guidance system development.
