摘　　要：有机磷农药在我国农作物生产中发挥着重要的作用,而使用农药不合理会影响消费者的食用安全。本文总结了气相色谱和气相色谱-质谱测定的植物油、植物性食品、动物性食品和饮料中有机磷农药残留量的提取方法。The organophosphorus pesticise play an important role in crop production in China. But the unreasonable use of pecticide would affect the edible safety of the consumers. This paper summarized the methods of extracting organophosphorus pesticise residues in vegetable oil, animal food, vegetable food and drink by GC and GC/MS.
