摘　　要：无核枣是河南淇县特产之一,具有较高的营养价值和食用价值,但其产品单一,主要以干枣供应于市场,不能很好地满足人们的多种需求。本文主要介绍了无核枣汁饮料的加工工艺。Seedless jujube is one of Henan Qixian County specialty, has high nutritive value and edible value; but the product, mainly in the jujube supply on the market, it can＇t meet the various needs of people. This paper mainly introduces the processing technology of seedless jujube juice beverage.
