城镇化进程中底层群体创业行为演化机制研究

摘　　要：文章基于结构方程模型(SEM),对城镇化进程中底层群体创业行为的作用路径进行了研究,报告了城镇化进程中底层群体创业行为影响状况,通过采用扎根理论方法,展开问卷调查,发展和完善底层群体在城镇化过程中的创业行为发生的意识—情境—行为理论,得出的研究结论为:成就动机、创新导向、社会资本、市场机会、征地区位、补偿金额、创业政策等变量对城镇化进程中底层群体的创业行为产生直接和间接路径影响,但其影响路径和影响程度都存在差异。同时就如何提升城镇化进程中底层群体创业行为提出相关的政策建议,以期实现促进城镇化进程中底层群体创业的产生,为城镇化进程中底层群体的生计与发展、社会的长治久安提供决策参考的研究意义。This paper studied the influence path of underclass group＇s entrepreneurial action in the process of urbanization based on Structural Equation Model（SEM）. This research reports the impact of the underclass group＇s entrepreneurial action in the process of urbanization. And the theory of Intention-situation-action was developed and improved by using the method of grounded theory based on questionnaire survey. The paper obtained the conclusion that the variables of achievement motivation, innovation orientation, social capital, market opportunity, land location, amount of compensation, and entrepreneurship policy exert direct and indirect path influences on underclass group＇s entrepreneurial action in the process of urbanization, but there are differences in the influence indicators and degrees. This study suggests the policy recommendations that how to raise underclass group＇s entrepreneurial action in the process of urbanization. The aim of this paper is providing reference for promote underclass group＇s entrepreneurship, their sustainable development and the long-term stability of society.
