摘 要:随着微电子技术和计算机技术的发展,无人机用电设备种类越来越多,许多设备对通电和断电时序均有要求。目前测试台利用手动开关依次通电、断电实现时序要求,通过仪表进行数据监测,人员测试强度大,试验数据无法记录。基于此,我们研制了一种新型无人机地面起动供电测试系统。该系统采用可编程控制器为核心设备,按照程序驱动相应接触器和继电器,实现发动机自动起动、供电测试和试验数据存储记录分析功能,从而保证试验的准确性和一致性,数据可追溯,提高了试验的可靠性,解决了以往测试过程中人工检测强度大、试验数据量少的问题,简化了试验流程,极大提高外场无人机起动和供电测试的效率。With the development of micro electronic and computer technology, more and more types of electrical devices are used in UAV. The sequence of power on and off is required for many devices. At present, test bench uses manual switch to turn on and off the electricity to realize the time sequence, adopts instruments to monitor data. Test intensity is large and test data can not be recorded. Based on this, a new ground start and test system for UAV is designed, the system uses programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core equipment, according to the procedure to drive the contactor and relay to realize automatic engine start and power test. Data storage and analysis function ensure the accuracy and consistency of the test, solve the problems of heavy manual testing and small test data, simplify the test procedure, greatly improve the efficiency of engine start and UAV test.
