复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合复方阿嗪米特在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散(PEG)联合复方阿嗪米特在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的临床效果。方法选择医院收治的行结肠镜检查的患者150例,随机分为观察组和对照组各75例,对照组仅口服PEG,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方阿嗪米特,比较2组波士顿肠道准备评分、肠道清洁满意率、祛泡满意率及不良反应发生情况。结果剔除不能完成检查的患者3例,共纳入观察组74例,对照组73例。观察组右半结肠、左半结肠及肠道总评分、肠道清洁满意率、祛泡满意率均高于对照组,腹胀发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论PEG联合复方阿嗪米特在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的效果优于单用PEG,并可减少腹胀发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder（ PEG） combined with compound azintamide on bowel preparation for colonoscopy. Methods 150 patients with colonscopy collected in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 75 cases. The treatment group was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with compound azintamide,while the control group was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder only,then the Boston Bowel Preparation Score,intestinal cleaning satisfaction rate,bubble removal satisfaction rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results A total of 74 cases in treatment group and 73 cases in control group were analyzed with 3 patients excluded due to unsuccessful check. The BBPS,intestinal cleaning satisfaction rate and bubble removal satisfaction rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group. The incidence of abdominal distension in the treatment group was lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The effect of using compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder（ PEG） combined with compound azintamide for bowel preparation before colonoscopy is better than single use of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,and it can effectively reduce the occurrence of bloating.
