摘　　要：通过对八会之中的髓会绝骨进行文献考证,以阐述其源流、定位,针对髓会绝骨历来存在的争议问题提出自己的观点及取穴方法,汇述其现代临床运用,并结合跟师体会,讨论髓会在治疗疾病中的优势,为临床疾病的治疗提供新方法。This research had elaborated the origin and the location of point GB39（ Jue Gu）,also known as＂marrow convergence＂,which is one of the＂Eight meeting points＂,based on textual criticisms for existing disputation. The summary of its modern clinical applications and its medical advantages had been put forward in this research,which may explore a new way for some kind of diseases.
