JMJD2A在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨组蛋白去甲基化酶JMJD家族中的JMJD2A在正常子宫内膜以及子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集临床手术标本,包括子宫内膜癌组织56例,正常子宫内膜组织20例。采用免疫组化的Eli VisionTM法检测标本中JMJD2A抗体的表达,分析其表达水平与临床病理参数之间的关系,探讨其临床意义。结果:JMJD2A在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05),JMJD2A的表达与年龄、子宫内膜癌的组织学分级和临床病理分期无相关(P>0.05)。结论:JMJD2A可能是一个与子宫内膜癌相关的癌基因,高表达提示子宫内膜癌。Objective： To explore the expression level of JMJD2 A protein,a histone demethylase,in normal endometrial and endometrial carcinoma samples. Methods： The tissues were sampled from 56 women with endometrial carcinoma,20 women with normal endometrium. The expression level of JMJD2 A protein in specimens collected was evaluated using the immunohistochemical method. And the relationship between its expression and clinicopathologic parameters was analyzed. Results： The expression of JMJD2 A protein in the endometrial carcinoma sample was higher than that of normal endometrium（ P〈 0. 05）. And no correlations were found between the expression level of JMJD2 A protein and the age,the histological grade and the surgical-pathological stage of endometrial carcinoma（ P 〉0. 05）.Conclusion： JMJD2 A protein is related with the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma. JMJD2 A maybe an oncogene,and endometrial carcinoma could be suggested when abnormal expression level of JMJD2 A protein occurs.
