块菌与板栗培育菌根苗技术探讨  被引量:6

摘  要:印度块菌(Tuber indicum Vittadini)、夏块菌(Tuber aestivum Vittadini)和白块菌(Tuber panzhihuanense Deng&Wang)是经济价值较高的菌根食用菌。通过对印度块菌、夏块菌和白块菌与板栗(Castanea mollissima Blume)合成菌根苗的技术进行探讨,结果表明使用印度块菌、夏块菌和白块菌孢子液接种板栗树苗,10个月后均能形成大量外生菌根。菌根苗移栽后,接种夏块菌的板栗苗苗高最高,与接种白块菌和印度块菌的板栗苗相比高差异显著,但接种白块菌的板栗苗与接种印度块菌的板栗苗相比苗高差异不显著。接种夏块菌的板栗苗与接种白块菌板栗苗间地径差异不显著,二者与接种印度块菌的板栗苗间地径差异均显著。Tuber indicum, T. aestivum and T. sp. are mycorrizal mushrooms with high economic value. In this paper, the produc- tion technique for the mycorrhizal seedling of Castanea mollissima with T. indicum, T. aestivum and T. sp. was studied. The re- sults showed that T. indicum, T. aestivum and T. sp. formed large number of mycorrizal seedlings on the chestnut seedlings alter ten months inoculated. After transplanting seedlings, the seedling inculated with T. aestivum was the higest, there was significant difference with the seedlings inculated with T. indicum and T. sp., but there was no significant difference with the seedlings in- culated with T. sp. and T. indicum. It had no significant difference on ground diameter with the seedlings inculated with T. aes- tivum and T. sp., but they had significant difference on ground diameter with the seedlings inculated with T. indicum.
