摘　　要：农民工问题是中国社会转型期的一个重要社会问题,尤其是民族地区的农民工问题则更具复杂性和特殊性,学术界对其进行了大量研究。文章主要从民族地区城市化进程中的农民工问题基本现状、影响因素与障碍分析、对策建议与前景判断等方面对现有文献进行了梳理与总结,从学理层面、研究对象、研究方法和研究内容上对已有文献中存在的问题与不足进行简要阐述,并就未来研究的发展方向提出了自己的观点,旨在为推动相关农民工问题研究的深入开展和社会实践有所借鉴。Farmer workers are an important social issue in the transformation of Chinese society, particularly for multiethnic areas due to its complex and special features, which has been much studied academically. Mainly from the status quo, an analysis of influence factors and barriers, the suggested measures, and the prospect of the issue, this paper intends to review the studies available, point out their deficiencies in terms of theories, research subjects, methods and contents, and propose the future research concerned, in the hope of promoting research on farmer workers and guiding social practice.
