健康中国视域下的全科医学教育发展研究

摘　　要：健康中国理念的提出是对我国医疗卫生事业发展的要求具体化和目标化。本文以健康中国理念为视角,总结全科医学发展对大众健康和健康中国的作用与价值,分析我国现阶段医疗卫生事业发展中全科医学发展的不足,以及医学教育中全科医学发展滞后所产生的现实问题。同时,提出推进全科医学和全科医学教育发展的建议,包括正确认识全科医学和全科医学教育、院校教育的人才培养定位与社会需求相适应、开展院校与社区合作人才培养模式、建立健全全科医学继续教育机制体系。The Healthy China program proposes specific and targeted demands for the development of medical and health services delivery in China.Under the perspective of Healthy China,we summarized the role and value of the development of general practice（GP） in maintaining public health and implementing the program of Healthy China,analyzed the insufficiencies in recent developments of GP and the challenges brought by the underdevelopment of GP education in China,and put forward some means to promote the development of GP and GP education,such as understanding the current status of GP and GP education correctly,training for future healthcare providers in medical colleges should be based on the requirements of the society,implementing the college-community cooperation training mode for future healthcare providers and developing continuing education system for GP.
