摘　　要：采用文献计量学方法和知识图谱方法,以CNKI和Web of ScienceTM数据库中1998—2016年收录的医学领域数据挖掘相关文献为分析样本,从论文数量、核心作者和研究机构分布、研究热点前沿等方面进行定量定性分析,探讨国内外医学数据挖掘研究热点及发展前沿,对比国内外医学领域发展中的异同点,以期促进我国医学领域数据挖掘研究的进一步应用和发展。In order to promote the development and application of medical data mining in China,we made a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the domestic and abroad researches based on quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing the articles about medical data mining included in CNKI and Web of ScienceTMfrom 1998 to 2016 using bibliometrics and knowledge mapping from the aspects of number of articles, core authors and research institutions, and the hotspot and research frontier.
