摘 要:采用田间试验对山药干物质积累与分配规律进行研究。结果表明:山药总干物质积累呈现慢—快—慢的变化趋势,在整个生长过程中山药蔓干物质变化不大,叶片干物质积累集中在出苗后80-100d,在出苗后120-140d块茎干物质积累速度最快,出苗140d干物质分配主要以叶片和蔓,出苗140d后,干物质的分配以山药块茎为主。山药采收时间不宜过早,在山药生长各时期采取合理栽培管理措施有利于提高山药块茎的产量。The rule of dry matter accumulation and distribution were studied during the growth of Chinese Yam in field. The results showed that the dry matter accumulation of Yam showed a slow-fast-slow trend. During the whole growth process, the change of dry matter accumulation of the vine in Chinese Yam was slow, and the dry matter accumulation of the leaves was concentrated at 80-100d after gmergence, and the fastest dry matter accumu- lation of tubers appeared in the 120-140d after emergence. The dry matter distribution of Chinese yam after the e- mergence was mainly lea{ and vine before 140d, and was the tubers after 140d. The harvest time of Chinese yam should not be too early, and the reasonable cultivation management measures in every period of its growth was beneficial to high tubers yield.
