系统干预对南昌市教职工脑卒中高风险人群认知及行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨系统干预对南昌市教职工脑卒中高风险人群认知及行为的影响。方法选取我院2015年1~12月根据国家卫计委"脑卒中高危人群风险评估表"从南昌市属教育系统40岁以上(含40岁)的1359名教职工中筛查出的172名脑卒中高风险人群,针对这些脑卒中高风险人群展开系统干预,对比干预前后脑卒中防治知识知晓率的改善情况及不良生活习惯改善情况。结果干预后172名脑卒中高风险教职工的脑卒中防治知识知晓率为87.8%(151/172),显著高于干预前的25.6%(44/172),差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.660,P<0.05);干预后172名脑卒中高风险教职工的饮食偏甜或偏咸、高脂饮食、吸烟、饮酒等不良生活习惯率显著减少,适度运动率显著增加,与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统干预能够有效提高脑卒中高风险人群的疾病防治认知率,纠正对象人群的不良生活习惯,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of system intervention on the cognition and behavior of high risk patients in stroke in Nanchang City.Methods 172 people were selected from 1359 faculty members aged over 40 years old （including 40 years old） from Nanchang City Education System from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital according to the National Health Commission ＂Risk Assessment Table for High Risk Population of Stroke＂ high risk of stroke, and systematic intervention was carried out for these high-risk populations.The improvement of awareness rate of stroke prevention and treatment,the improvement of bad habits before and after intervention were compared.Results The awareness rate of stroke prevention and control knowledge among 172 high-risk stroke patients was 87.8% （151/172）,which was significantly higher than that of 25.6% （44/172） before intervention,the difference was statistically significant（X^2=19.660, P〈O.OS）.After the intervention,the risk of living habits of 172 high-risk workers was significantly reduced,the moderate exercise rate was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Concluslon System intervention can effectively improve the awareness rate of disease prevention and control in high risk population of stroke and correct the bad living habits of the target population,and it is worthy tof promotion and application.
