摘 要:目的观察艾塞那肽联合桂枝挥发油对经脱氢表雄酮诱导的多囊卵巢综合征大鼠外周血清炎性因子及糖脂代谢的影响。方法将60只经脱氢表雄酮成功诱导的多囊卵巢综合征大鼠随机分为观察组和对照组各30只。对照组大鼠每天给予艾塞那肽10μg/(kg·d)皮下注射,观察组大鼠每天给予桂枝挥发油0.5 mL/(100 g·d)灌胃+艾塞那肽10μg/(kg·d)皮下注射,均连续用药28 d。测定2组大鼠干预前及干预结束后外周血炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、内脂素、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、血脂[三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)]、血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)]水平。结果干预结束后2组大鼠外周血IL-6、内脂素、CRP、TG、LDL-C、TC、FPG、2hPG水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),血HDL-C水平均明显升高(P均<0.05),且观察组上述各指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论艾塞那肽联合桂枝挥发油能明显降低多囊卵巢综合征大鼠外周血清炎性因子及血脂、血糖水平,为临床应用提供了一定的理论依据。Objective It is to observe the effect of exenatide combinated with volatile oil of ramulus cinnamomi (VORC) on inflammatory factor and metabolism of glucose and lipid in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) rats which are induced by dehydroepiandrosterone. Methods 60 PCOS rats which were successfully induced by dehydroepiandrosterone were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30)and control group( n = 30). The rats in control group were given exenatide 10 μg/( kg · d) by hypodermic injection and the ones in observation group were given VORC (0.5 mL/( 100 g· d) by lavage + exenatide 10 μg/( kg · d) by hypodermic injection, all the rats were treated for 28 days. Before and after treatment, the changes of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) , 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) , total cholesterol (TC) , high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglycerides (TG), IL-6, visfatin, C-reactive protein (CRP) were determined in both groups. Results After the treatment, the levels of FPG, 2hPG, TC, LDL-C, TG, IL-6, visfatin, CRP were significantly lower while that of HDL-C was higher than those before treatment in both groups (P 〈 0.05) , and the improvements of these indexes in observation group were better than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Exenatide combinated with VORC can significantly reduce the concentration of inflammatory factor and improve the metabolism of glucose and lipid in the rats with PCOS, it is a good guide to clinical practice.
