摘　　要：目的分析2005-2014年10年间河南省中小学生营养不良变化趋势,为制定适当的干预措施提供依据。方法对2014、2010、2005年河南省学生体质调研的数据进行分析,使用2014年发布的学龄儿童营养不良筛查评价营养不良状况。结果 2005-2014年间中小学生营养不良检出率呈下降趋势,各个学段、不同城乡、性别的中小学生营养不良检出率均有所下降,到2014年我省中小学生总体营养不良检出率为6.20%,其中男生营养不良检出率为7.50%,女生为4.90%,城市学生营养不良检出率为5.19%,乡村学生为7.21%。结论河南省中小学生营养不良检出率持续下降,但仍有一定的比例,需要进一步改善。Objective This work aimed to analyze the nutrition status of primary and middle school students in Henan province from 2005 to 2014, providing reference for the intervention measures. Methods Data of the physical investigation of students from Henan province in 2005, 2010 and 2014 were analyzed for the situation of malnutrition among school-age children by using 2014 school-age children with malnutrition screening evaluation criteria. Results The rate of malnutrition among primary and middle school students declined from 2005 to 2014. The rate of malnutrition decreased at different school stage, of different gender and in urban and rural area. The overall detection ratewas 6.20% in 2014 in Henan province, and it was 7.50% among boys and 4.90% among girls. It was 5.19% in city and 7.21% in rural area. Conclusion Rates of malnutrition among primary and middle school students continues to decline in Henan province, but it should be further reduced.
