摘 要:目的探究惧怕否定评价对大学生隐性认知风格和抑郁的中介效应。方法采用隐性不适应风格问卷(LMSQ)、惧怕否定评价量表(FNE)、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)对300名大学生进行问卷调查。结果 (1)不同抑郁程度在LMSQ的躯体威胁、社交威胁因子及其总分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.001;P=0.003;P<0.001)。(2)隐性认知风格、惧怕否定评价与抑郁三者得分均呈正相关(r=0.487;r=0.343;r=0.384),且P<0.01。(3)惧怕否定评价对大学生隐性认知风格与其抑郁情绪之间的中介效应占总效应的0.403。结论大学生隐性认知风格与其抑郁之间关系密切,惧怕否定评价在大学生隐性认知风格和抑郁间起部分中介作用,提示可以从隐性认知风格和惧怕否定评价两方面对大学生抑郁情绪进行干预。Objective The study aimed to explore the intermediate effects of fear of negative evaluation (FNE) on looming cognitive style and depression in undergraduates. Methods A total of 300 undergraduates were asked to fill out a questionnaire by using looming maladaptive style questionnaire (LMSQ), fear of negative evaluation scale (FNE), and beck depression inventory (BDI). Results 1. Different depression degrees of LMSQ showed statistically significant differences (P〈 0.001;P=0.003;P〈0.001) of the body threat, the social threat factors, and the total score, 2. Scores of looming cognitive style, fear of negative evaluation, and depression showed positive correlations (r=0.487;r =0.343;r =0.384, P〈0.01). 3. The intermediate effect of FNE on undergraduates" looming cognitive style and depression emotion accounted for 0.403 of the total effect. Conclusion Looming cognitive style is closely related with depression in undergraduates, and FNE plays an intermediate role for undergraduates" cognitive style and depression, suggesting that undergraduates" depression emotion can be intervened from the two aspects of looming cognitive style and FNE.
