摘 要:目的评价医学生入学专业兴趣和学校归属感的关系,探讨教师、教辅设施及领悟社会支持在两者之间的调节作用。方法以某校1 770名在校医学本科生为研究对象,并分别对其进行学校归属感、入学专业兴趣、教师和教辅设施等内容的问卷调查。结果医学生学校归属感低下检出率为32.40%,各年级比较中学校归属感评分从高到低依次为大一、大二、大四、大三(P<0.001);总体及各年级学生的学校归属感低下率基本呈现随入学专业兴趣水平的降低而增高(P<0.05);入学专业兴趣通过教师评价和教辅设施评价对学校归属感的间接效应有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学类高校应加强新生专业兴趣培养、完善教师队伍和教辅设施建设,以增强学生的学校归属感。Objective To evaluate the correlation between medical students" professional interests and belongingness and to explore the adjustment function of teachers, teaching facilities and perceived social support. Methods 1770 undergraduates from one medical university in Anhui were recruited as the survey objects. Their belongingness to school, professional interests, teachers and teaching facilities were surveyed through questionnaire. Results The rate of low belongingness was 32.4%. Among the grades in school,the ranking of belongingness from high to low was freshman, sophomore, senior, junior (P〈0.001). Overall belongingness was negatively correlated with professional interests (P〈0.05). Professional interest indirectly affected belongingness by means of teacher and teaching facilities (P〈0.05). Conclusion Medical universities should cultivate freshmen'sprofessional interestimprove teaching facilities, and motivate teachers to strengthen the students" school belongingness.
