摘 要:在4道捆绳大方捆捡拾压捆机设计过程中,以其压缩机构关键工作部件活塞为研究对象,采用SolidWorks软件建立活塞零件与装配体的3维模型,利用ADAMS软件对活塞进行运动仿真,仿真时间5 s,活塞压缩频率42 r/min,得到活塞的行程为710 mm,活塞压缩推程速度最大值为0.85 m/s,回程速度最大值为0.91 m/s,活塞加速度为-1.58m/s^2≤a≤2.21 m/s^2,活塞与连杆铰接点X方向的受力最大值是2 788 k N,曲柄匀速转动驱动力矩-264.4 N·m≤T≤174.4 N·m。仿真结果为4道捆绳大方捆捡拾压捆机压缩机构的优化设计提供了理论依据,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率。In the design process of four-twine big rectangular bale pickup baler,taking piston as the object of study which was key working parts of compression mechanism,3 dimensional model of piston parts and assembly was established by Solid Works software. Dynamic simulation on piston was made by ADAMS software. Simulation time was 5 seconds and piston compression frequency was 42 r/min. Simulation results showed that piston stroke was 710 mm,maximum value of piston compression pushing speed was 0. 85 m/s,maximum value of return speed was 0. 91 m/s,acceleration range of piston was from-1. 58 m/s^2 to 2. 21 m/s^2,maximum value of the force in X direction of hinge of piston and connecting rod was 2 788 kN,torque range of crank uniform speed rotation was from-264. 4 N·m to 174. 4 N·m. Simulation results provided theoretical basis for optimal design of compression mechanism of four-twine big rectangular bale pickup baler. It shortened design cycle and improved design efficiency.
