摘 要:目的观察高频超声探测甲状腺钙化模式在鉴别甲状腺恶性结节中的价值。方法选取该院2015年3月‐2016年11月收治的80例甲状腺癌患者及80例良性甲状腺肿瘤患者,均进行高频超声检测,分析其甲状腺钙化结节的特点。结果甲状腺癌患者甲状腺结节的钙化率为86.25%,高于良性甲状腺肿瘤患者的11.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),伴有淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌患者钙化率为97.06%,高于不伴有淋巴转移的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声探测甲状腺钙化模式在鉴别甲状腺恶性结节具有明显的价值。【Objective】To observe the value of high frequency ultrasound detection of thyroid calcification model in differential diagnosis of thyroid malignant nodules.【Methods】Eighty cases of thyroid cancer patients admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to November 2016 and 80 cases of benign thyroid tumor patients were detected by high frequency ultrasonography, and the characteristics of calcification of thyroid nodules were analyzed.【Results】The calcification rate of thyroid nodules of the patients with thyroid cancer was 86.25%, which was significantly higher than 11.25% of benign thyroid tumor patients(P 0.05). Calcification rate of thyroid cancer patients with lymph node metastasis was 97.06%, higher than patients without lymph node metastasis(P 0.05).【Conclusion】It is of great value to detect thyroid calcification patterns with high frequency ultrasound in differentiating thyroid malignant nodules.
