Cx26在胃粘膜细胞不同病变中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨间隙连接蛋白26(Cx26)在胃粘膜细胞不同病变时期表达、变化特点及可能机制,以及Cx26蛋白在胃癌诊断、治疗及预后评估中的临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测Cx26蛋白在169例胃粘膜细胞(35例),轻中度(22例)和重度不典型增生细胞(30例),以及不同类型胃癌细胞(82例)间的表达情况,并将观察结果按照Shimizu标准评分法来进行评价和统计学分析。结果 Cx26蛋白随着胃粘膜细胞向胃癌进展,其阳性表达水平逐渐升高。正常胃粘膜组织及不典型增生组,Cx26蛋白阳性表达程度均远远低于胃癌组织中的阳性表达水准(P<0.05),而在分化相对较好的肠型胃癌中,Cx26蛋白的阳性表达明显高于弥漫型胃癌(P<0.05)。结论 Cx26蛋白可抑制胃癌的进展及侵犯转移,可能与其调控细胞通讯,进而促进细胞分化有关。Objective We record and analysis connexin 26（Cx26） protein expression in different types of gastric mucosa, study the expression, change rule, and mechanism in types of cell and discuss the clinical value of Cx26 in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods We detected the expression of Cx26 by Immunohistochemical Envision meth od of 169 samples, analyzed the relationship in each groups, evaluated and analyzed the result by the standard Shimizu scoring method. Results Cx26 expression level increased while diffrentiation level declined. Atypical hyperplasia and normal gastric mucosa tissues Cx26 protein positive expression levels were far below the expression level in gastric cancer tissue （p〈0.05）, and it related to tumor types. Positive expression rate of intestinal gastric cancer was significantly high er than that of diffuse gastric cancer（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Cx26 inhibited progression and metastasis of gastric cancer, which maybe related to its regulation of cell communication,and promoting cell differentiation.
