摘 要:目的通过肌电信号、最大自主收缩力及温度等指标,对多裂肌和竖脊肌疲劳后,不同恢复方式对肌肉活动及舒适度的影响进行研究。方法总共12人在多裂肌和竖脊肌急性疲劳后,分别进行静坐休息、主动运动、电刺激、低中高频率震动恢复,测试最大自主收缩力、平均肌电振幅及温度变化。结果不同恢复方式对腰部肌肉肌肉最大收缩力(MVC)不存在影响,而对竖脊肌均方根(RMS)变化值有显著影响(F=3.432,P=0.00),竖脊肌在电刺激和机械震动时RMS变化值较大。不同恢复方式对多裂肌(F=3.72,P=0.00)和竖脊肌(F=5.82,P=0.00)的标准化温度变化值有显著影响,多裂肌和竖脊肌在主动运动时温度上升较大。不同恢复方式对个体的主观疲劳度无明显影响。结论主动运动的方式对肌肉疲劳恢复效果最好,尤其对保持和提高体温有着积极作用,电刺激和局部震动可能会对肌纤维的募集方式及阈值产生影响,使用不当会加剧疲劳。Objective o research the effects of different recovery ways on muscle activity and comfort level based on maximum voluntary contraction force, EMG signal and muscle temperature after the multifidus and erector spinae muscles are getting fatigued. Methods Twelve subjects took different recovery ways which include meditation, active exercise, electrical stimulation and low, medium and high frequency vibration after their multifidus and erector spinae muscles were getting acute fatigued. Results One way ANOVA shows that different ways of recovery do not affect MVC significantly, but have effect on AEMG of erector spinae muscle. AEMG of erector spinae muscle is higher than others when electrical stimulation and mechanical vibration are used. Active exercise can make the temperature of mul- tifidus and erector spinae muscles higher. Different ways of recovery have no significant influence on fatigue perceptions. Conclusion Active exercise is the best way to recover from muscle fatigue, especially has positive effect on maintai- ning body temperature. Short term electrical stimulation and mechanical vibration have no effects on recovery of muscle strength, but influence muscle fiber recruitment and threshold, thus they may accelerate muscle fatigue.
