摘　　要：对脉象的形成机理、产生季节脉象的生理基础、病理原因进行阐述,认为脉象随季节而变化,季节是影响脉象异同之关键因素,临诊辨脉时,当尤为注重结合季节时令的改变。春、夏、长夏、秋、冬5种季节脉象的生理基础、病理特点与其所对应的脏腑气血功能活动密切相关。The paper expounds the formation mechanism,physiological and pathological causes of seasonal pulse.This paper considers the pulse varies with season and the season is the key factor of influence of pulse,clinical diagnosis and differentation of pulse should pay special attention to the combined with seasonal changes.The physiological and pathological characteristics of spring,summer,long summer,autumn and winter five seasonal pulse and the corresponding viscera function activities are closely related.
