摘　　要：基于经济转型情境下节点企业制度有效性感知与期望间存在一致与差异并存的事实,运用匹配理论重新界定制度信任内涵。通过274家节点企业,检验制度有效性感知与期望分别对再次合作意愿的影响,比较不同匹配类型制度信任对应的再次合作意愿。结果发现:制度有效性感知与期望均显著正向影响再次合作意愿;与一致性和互补性匹配式制度信任对应的再次合作意愿亦存在显著差异。因此,经济转型情境下基于制度信任以增强再次合作意愿,应充分发挥政府、行业、企业多方力量,通过加强制度建设和执行力度,既可提升制度有效性现状和期望,亦可促进二者趋于一致。Based on the fact that both congruence and difference exist between node enterprises＂ perception and expectation of insti- tution＇s effectiveness in the context of China＇s Economic Transformation, the paper firstly uses Fit Theory to redefine insti- tutional trust; then separately tests the effects of node ~enterprises/ perception and expectation of institution＇s effectiveness on enterprises＂ collaboration intention based on 274 enterprises＂ survey, and analyses enterprises＂ collaboration intention difference under different fit types of institutional trust. The results show that both node enterprises~ perception and expec- tation of institution＇s effectiveness positively influence their collaboration intention, and the collaboration intention under ＂ congruence fit＂ type of institutional trust is significantly different from that under ＂complementary fit＂ type of institutional trust. Thus, it should utilize multiple resources such as government, industry and enterprises to improve institution building and enforcement. In that way, not only node enterprises＂ perception and expectation of institution＇s effectiveness will be strengthened, but also ＂congruence fit＂ type of institutional trust will be realized.
