摘  要:本文针对当前高校文检课教师队伍存在的师资队伍断层、培训进修机会少、知识结构多元化缺失、教师角色定位不明确等现状,结合沈阳农业大学文检课教师、查新员及学科馆员深度融合的师资培养模式的实践及多年文检课的教学经验,提出文检课师资队伍建设新思考。Combining with the deep integration of teachers training mode practice of literature retrieval course teachers, novelty con- sultants and subject librarians, and teaching experience of literature retrieval courses of Shenyang Agricultural University, this paper puts forward new thinking of literature retrieval course teaching staff construction to the state of faultage among teachers, lack of training apporturities and diversified knowledge structure, and ambiguity of teachers' role orientations which exist in current literature retrieval teaching staff of universities.
