摘　　要：目的观察自行设计的辅助装置在提高食管癌患者术后半卧位正确率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,建立标准化的健康宣教流程,采用自行设计的辅助装置,应用前后比较两组食管癌术后患者半卧位的正确率。结果实验组100例,半座卧位正确率为95%(95/100),对照组80例,半坐卧位正确率为40%(32/80)。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Objective To observe the design of the auxiliary device to improve the application of the semi supine position accuracy postoperatively in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Qc circle group was set up, to establish a standardized health propaganda and education process, assist device was used, two groups of patients after esophagectomy before and after application half supine position of the time was compared. Results The experimental group 100 cases, half lying position accuracy was 95%（95/100）, the control group 80 examples, semi-fowler＇s accuracy was 40%（32/80）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The application of standardized processes and assist device can effectively improve the accuracy of semi-recumbent position in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.
