摘　　要：心理的温度、政治高度的基础、历史的深度与现实的密度,是决定青年马克思主义理论教育实效性的关键指标。其中,心理的温度是实现政治高度的基础,是扬弃历史深度的标准,是夯实现实密度的目标。因此,优化青年马克思主义理论教育的实效性,首要的就是提高青年马克思主义理论教育的心理温度,其核心要义就是使青年马克思主义理论教育回归马克思主义的人本立场,回应青年精神成长的困惑,引导青年精神成长的发展。Psychological temperature, political height, historical depth and practical density are the key indexes of youth Marxism theoretical education. Among them, psychological temperature is the basis to achieve political height, the standard to discard historical depth and the goal to tamp practical density. Therefore, to optimize the effectiveness of youth Marxism education, it is most important to improve the psychological temperature of youth Marxism theoretical education with a core to lead it back to humanistic standpoint, to solve the confusing problems during the youth spiritual growth and to guide the development of youth spirit.
