参附注射液联合胸部γ-刀放疗的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参附注射液联合胸部γ-刀治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法将解放军第81医院收治的40例有胸部病灶的恶性肿瘤患者随机分成2组,治疗组为参附注射液联合γ-刀放疗,对照组为单纯γ-刀放疗,比较2组临床疗效及毒副作用。结果治疗组疾病控制率为65%,对照组为50%,2组疾病控制率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组总生存期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组生活质量总改善率明显高于对照组(65%vs 40%,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组体液免疫指标、细胞免疫指标、恶病质细胞因子水平较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组高级别放射性肺损伤发生率为20%,明显低于对照组的60%(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液能减轻因γ-刀放疗引起的不良反应,治疗组患者生活质量及免疫功能有显著性改善,具有临床获益。Objective To observe the clinical effect of shenfu injection combined with γ-knife in the treatment of chest malignant tumor. Methods 40 malignant tumor patients with chest lesions were randomly divived into 2 groups. The treatment group was given shenfu injection combined with γ-knife radiotherapy,and the control group was given γ-knife radiotherapy. To compare clinical curative effect and side effect of the two groups Results The DCR had no significant difference in the two groups（ P〈0.05） with the treatment group 65% and the control group 50%. The OS of the two groups was not significantly different（ P〈0.05）. After the therapy,the improvement of the quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The treatment group was 65% and the control group was 40%. After the therapy,the humor immunity,cellular immunity,cachexia cytokine of the treatment group were improved significantly than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The high-level RILI incidence in the treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The treatment group was 20% and the control group was60%. Conclusion The shenfu injection can reduce the side effects caused by γ-knife radiotherapy. The quality of life and the immune function in the treatment group are significant improved. The shenfu injection has a certain clinical benefit.
