摘 要:3D生物打印技术是近期在国内外兴起的一项新的研究技术,已经运用到多个医学相关领域.脑胶质瘤是最常见的颅内肿瘤之一,该病具有易复发、预后差的特点,目前仍有许多研究的瓶颈问题和关键点难以克服.3D生物打印技术在脑胶质瘤研究中的应用还处于初期探索阶段,主要集中在肿瘤模型制作并检测肿瘤细胞对各种抗肿瘤药物敏感性和耐药性等方面.本文就近期3D生物打印技术在脑胶质瘤研究领域的应用情况做了初步回顾,并就其发展前景进行了展望.The technology of 3D bioprinting is a new research technique in recent years, and it has been applied to many medical fields. Glioma is one of the most common intracranial tumor, and it has the characteristics of easy recurrence and poor prognosis. There are still many bottlenecks and key points which cannot be overcomed. The application of 3D bioprinting in the study of glioma is still in the initial stage of exploration. And it mainly focuses on simulating the tumor models and detecting the sensitivity and drug resistance of the tumor cells for antineoplastic drugs. This review preliminarily focuses on the aspect of 3D bioprinting, which has been applied in the study of glioma, and provides the prospect for its development.
