摘　　要：Hippo-YAP信号通路调控肿瘤的发生发展,肿瘤自身及特定的环境决定YAP蛋白是致癌基因或是肿瘤抑制基因.YAP蛋白是肿瘤的研究热点,与颅内肿瘤密切相关,也是颅内肿瘤靶向治疗的可选靶点.Hippo-YAP signaling pathway regulate the occur- rence and development of tumor, while YAP protein is a cancer gene or tumor suppressor gene related to the specific environment and tumor itself. YAP protein has become a hotspot of tumor research, which is closely related to intracranial tumor. YAP is high expression in pituitary adenomas. It is also an optional target for targeted therapy of intraeranial tumors.
