摘  要:目的研究食蟹猴肝纤维化形成动态过程。方法 3只食蟹猴采用四氯化碳(CCl4)复合高脂饮食诱导法建立食蟹猴肝纤维化模型,分别于实验开始前、造模80 d、160 d、240 d采集外周血,检测血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(T-BIL)水平;苏木素伊红(HE)染色观察肝纤维化程度。结果随着造模推进,肝纤维化食蟹猴血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶及总胆红素水平呈逐步上升。实验前肝纤维化的分级评定为G0级S0期;造模80 d,评定为G1级S0期;造模160 d,评定为G2级S1期;造模240 d,评定为G3级S1期。结论实验前肝组织正常,造模后各阶段食蟹猴均可见不同程度的轻度慢性肝炎肝纤维化。Objective To observe the dynamic observation of Macaca fascicularis on process of hepatofibrosis.Methods Three Macaca fascicularis were induced by injection of 40% carbon tetrachloride hypodermically twice a week at dose of 0.5 mL·kg^(-1),and at the same time animal were given rich fat and drug diet.The blood were gathered in day of before the experiment,80 days,160 days and 240 days.The enzyme's content of ALT,AST,ALP,T-BIL were determined.The hepatofibrosis were observed through the staining of HE.Results With the development of hepatofibrosis,the content of ALT,AST,ALP and T-BIL in blood were higher than that of before the experiment.After the experiment of 80 days,hepatofibrosis were evaluated G1 and S0 period.After the experiment of 160 days,hepatofibrosis were evaluated G2 and S1 period.After the experiment of 240 days,hepatofibrosis were evaluated G3 and S1 period. Conclusion Before the experiment,the liver of Macaca fascicularis was normal.After the experiment,the liver of Macaca fascicularis were hepatofibrosis in different step.
