摘 要:B7-H4作为B7家族的一员,是一种负性协同共刺激分子,在多种肿瘤细胞、专职抗原呈递细胞和肿瘤相关巨噬细胞上异常高表达,并通过抑制T细胞介导的免疫应答反应参与肿瘤的免疫逃逸。近年来通过对B7-H4作用机制的研究证实,B7-H4可通过参与多种细胞信号转导通路增强肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移及抗凋亡能力,从而促进肿瘤的进展,这些特性使B7-H4有望成为新型分子标志物和分子靶向治疗的靶点,在肿瘤转化医学研究中具有重要意义。但其具体机制尚未完全阐明,还有待进一步研究。B7-H4, one of the costimulatory molecules of the B7 family, has been found to be widely expressed in a variety of tumor cells, dedicated antigen presenting cells and tumor associated macrophages, and plays an important role in inhibiting the immune responses of T cell and escaping immune surveillance. Through the research of the mechanism,it is confirmed that BT-H4 facilitates the proliferation, invasion, metastasis and anti-apoptosis of tumor cells by participating in a variety of cell signaling pathways, which makes B7-H4 potential as a novel molecular marker and molecular target of targeted therapy, and is of great significance for the research of cancer translational medicine. But the exact mechanisms are not fully understood, which remain to be further studied.
