摘　　要：非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)是一种常见于中老年人的急性视神经疾病,典型临床表现为突发的无痛性单眼或双眼视力下降、特征性视野缺损和视盘水肿。目前认为该病的主要发病机制是供应视盘的睫状后短动脉的低灌注或者无灌注引起的视盘缺血,从而导致NAION发生。该病病因复杂,发病与多种危险因素有关,且患者预后的差异性比较大,严重影响了患者的生命质量。随着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,NAION的发病率亦可能进一步增加。Nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy （NAION） is an acute optic neuropathy common to the elderly. Typical clinical manifestations are sudden painless monocular or binocular vision loss, characteristic visual field defects and optic disc edema. At present ,the main pathogenesis of the disease is the supply of optic disc ciliary short arterial hypoperfusion or no perfusion caused by optic disc ischemia, leading to NAION. The disease is complex, and the onset is associated with a variety of risk factors, and the prognosis of patients is largely different, seriously affecting the quality of life of the patients. With economic development and people＇s living standards improved, the incidence of NAION may also be further increased.
