摘　　要：[目的/意义]规范信息素养实践活动和理论研究,为信息素养教育提供宏观指导。[方法/过程]采用文献调研和比较分析法,梳理美国信息素养标准发展历程,并结合我国信息素养发展情况,概括出若干启示。[结果/结论]美国信息素养标准经历了萌发期、发展期和转型期,而我国尚未出现有关信息素养要求和内容设置的指导性文件。我国要推进数据素养和元素养理论的认识和推广,构建具本土化特色的素养理论体系,重视信息素养课程体系建设及教学改革实践,培养拥有数据素养和元素养的新馆员。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to regulate the practice and theoretical research of information literacy, and to pro- vide macro guidance for information literacy education, [Method/process]The paper uses methods of document research and compara- tive analysis to comb the development process of information literacy standard of USA, and summarizes some revelations with the de- velopment of information literacy in China.[Result/conclusion]American information literacy standard has experienced germination pe- riod, development period and transition period, but China has not yet issued guidance documents about information literacy require- ments and content of specific elements. China should advance the understanding and promotion of data literacy and metadata literacy theory, construct literacy theory system with local characteristics, pay attention to information literacy curriculum construction and teaching reform practice; train new staff members with data literacy and metadata literacy.
