摘　　要：胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)是起源于胃肠道间叶组织的非定向分化肿瘤,常发生于胃和小肠,十二指肠者很少,并发出血者更少见。由于其无典型临床症状,故容易漏诊,往往因出血进行内镜和影像学检查时被发现,病理活检是其确诊的方法。现报道我院2例不明原因消化道出血的十二指肠水平部间质瘤。Gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）is originated in the gastrointestinal tract of the non-directional differentiation of tumor tissue,often occurs in stomach and small intestine,duodenum rarely,and the bleeding is more rare.Because of its typical clinical symptoms,it is easy to misdiagnosis,often due to bleeding for endoscopy and imaging examination was found,pathological biopsy is a diagnostic method.This article reported 2 patients with duodenal level interstitial tumor with unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding.
