Objective To investigate and analysis the clinical effect of low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 80 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into A group and B group, with a total of 40 patients in each group. Group A was treated with repeated low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation and ultra conventional rehabilitation training, while B group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training. The children were assessed with gross motor function test (GMFM) scale for two months as a course of treatment before and after treatment, and the data were recorded. Results After three courses of treatment, group A7 GMFM scale score was (60. 3 ± 17. 8) after transcranial magnetic low frequency stimulation ; group B was (49. 7 ± 7. 2 ) the difference have significant meaning ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion Low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with routine rehabilitation training on children with spastic cerebral palsy in the improvement of exercise capacity has changed significantly, this method is simple to operate and is beneficial to clinical popularization application.
